Common questions
When am I paid?
AED 500 is paid when the owner signs with Rentico. The remaining cash fee is paid within 3 days of the holiday home permit being issued.
What if the owner leaves within 6 months?
If an owner exits within 6 months of going live, the cash fee is deducted from your future earnings.
I'm an existing Rentico owner — can I join?
Yes. Existing Rentico owners can choose between the standard cash fee or one month fee-free on their own unit.
Who can join as a partner?
Anyone — property owners, brokers, and friends. If you know someone with a home that could earn on Airbnb, you qualify.
