Program rules.
1 Who can join
Any individual or agent in the UAE. If you work for a brokerage, make sure your employer allows you to receive referral payments. Rentico approves each partner.
2 What counts as a referral
The owner of a home in Dubai, referred through the portal form or your personal link, who agreed to be contacted by Rentico.
3 The first referral counts
If the owner or unit was already referred, or already in contact with Rentico, the earlier record counts.
4 Cash reward
Paid per home by type and area. AED 1,000 when the owner signs; the balance within 7 days of the holiday home permit. The AED 1,000 is an advance on the cash reward. If the home is not live within 90 days of signing, the advance is deducted from your future earnings. Rentico reviews delays outside your control first.

Prime: Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, City Walk, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Emaar Beachfront, plus villas in Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah.
Rentico areas: JVC, JVT, Arjan, Sobha Hartland, MBR City, Dubai Hills apartments, Dubai Science Park.
Other: everywhere else in Dubai.
5 Monthly income
15% of Rentico's monthly management fee for each month Rentico manages the home. Worked out on the management fee Rentico actually collects, excluding VAT and refunds. Not on the rent. Stops when the management agreement ends.
6 Founding Partners
The first 30 approved partners who signed up before 16 December 2026 earn 18% instead of 15% for their first 12 months from approval.
7 Furnishing
5% of the Design by Rentico package price when the owner furnishes with us; 2.5% if the same owner also signs management (on top of the cash reward and monthly income). Paid after the client has paid in full. The Founding rate does not apply to furnishing.
8 Bonus
3 homes Live within 90 days of your first home going live: +AED 3,000, once.
9 Getting paid
Request in the portal from AED 500. Paid to a UAE bank account in your own name within 3 working days of approval. When bank details are added or changed, payouts pause for 48 hours as a security check.
10 Clawback and existing owners
If the owner leaves within 6 months of going live, the cash reward is deducted from your future earnings. Existing Rentico owners referring their own unit may choose the cash reward or one month fee-free.
11 Rentico's decision
Rentico decides which homes it takes on and may decline any home or referral. Nothing is owed for referrals that don't sign.
12 Fair use and changes
Fake, copied or unconsented referrals are removed and abusive accounts switched off. Rentico may update these rules with 30 days' notice; changes apply to referrals made after the update. Amounts already earned are paid.
13 Privacy
Owner details are used only to contact the owner about Rentico's services, never sold or shared.
