Program terms
These terms govern the Rentico Partners referral program. By participating you agree to these terms.
Who can join
The program is open to individuals who refer property owners in Dubai to Rentico Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. Partners may be property owners, brokers, or friends of Rentico. Participation is subject to approval by the Rentico team.
Cash fee per home
A one-time cash fee is paid for each referred home that signs a management agreement with Rentico. AED 500 is paid when the owner signs the agreement; the remainder is paid within 3 days of the holiday home permit being issued. Fee amounts depend on the home type and area as shown in the table below.

Fees are in AED. Prime areas: Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, City Walk, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Emaar Beachfront, plus villas in Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah. Rentico areas: JVC, JVT, Arjan, Sobha Hartland, MBR City, Dubai Hills apartments, Dubai Science Park. Other: everywhere else in Dubai.
Monthly share
In addition to the cash fee, partners earn a monthly share of 10% of Rentico's monthly management fee for as long as the referred home remains with Rentico.
Founding Partners
The first 30 approved partners who signed up before 16 December 2026 are Founding Partners. They earn 15% (instead of 10%) for their first 12 months from approval.
3-home bonus
A partner who has 3 or more referred homes go Live within any rolling 90-day period earns a one-time bonus of AED 3,000. This bonus may be earned once per partner.
Clawback
If a referred owner exits the Rentico management agreement within 6 months of going live, the cash fee paid for that referral will be deducted from the partner's future earnings.
Existing Rentico owners
When an existing Rentico owner refers another owner, they may take the cash fee or one month fee-free on their own unit instead — not both.
Referral eligibility
A referral is valid only if the referred owner was not already in contact with Rentico at the time of referral. Where more than one partner claims the same owner, the first valid referral on record wins.
Program changes
Rentico may change or end the program at any time with 30 days' notice to active partners. Amounts already earned before any such change remain payable in full.
Privacy
Owner details submitted through the program are used solely to contact the owner about Rentico's property management services. This information is never sold or shared with third parties.
